Private Basic - Library District We operate with strict rental periods as follows: May 1st - August 31st June 1st - August 31st September 1st - May 31st September 1st - August 31st For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year. If you are happy to book one of these periods, then please proceed with a Booking Request and our team will confirm your booking. Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Room: Private Basic is one of our budget-friendly options. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, a Smart TV and a streaming device. This room allows you to enjoy privacy and quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It’s significant to highlight that the Private Basic has a sliding door and does NOT have an outside facing window. It’s an appealing option for people with light sleeping habits and sensitivity to the morning light.
